提出了一种采用型钢接头连接的纯干式装配式混凝土梁,并通过仿真软件ABAQUS对3根带有型钢接头的装配式混凝土梁和1根现浇混凝土梁的受剪性能进行了数值分析,研究了型钢接头拼接面的变化对该种装配梁受剪承载能力的影响。模拟结果表明,带有型钢接头的装配式混凝土梁的抗剪承载力较普通混凝土梁有较大程度上的提高;装配梁的抗剪承载力随着拼接面远离梁端而增大。并根据模拟结果,推导出适用于此种形式的装配梁的抗剪承载力计算公式。
A kind of pure dry assembled concrete beam with profiled steel joint is proposed. the shear behavior of 3 fabricated concrete beams and1 cast-in-place concrete beams with profiled steel joints are numerically analyzed by the simulation software ABAQUS. The effect of the change of the splice surface of the steel joint on the shear bearing capacity of the fabricated beam is investigated. Simulation results show that,the shear capacity of fabricated concrete beams with profiled steel joints increases to some extent compared with that of ordinary concrete beams,the shear carrying capacity of the assembled beam increases with the splice plane far away from the beam end. According to the simulation results,the formulas for calculating the shear capacity of the assembled beams are derived.
