本文提出了一种可以安装在钢筋混凝土连梁中的形状记忆合金(Shape Memory Alloy,SMA)阻尼器的构造设计及特征参数,并给出了安装SMA阻尼器的钢筋混凝土连梁的特征设计参数。通过阻尼器性能试验,验证了所提出的SMA阻尼器构造设计可靠,耗能能力良好,有自复位能力,SMA丝的超弹性得到很好地发挥。在此基础上,进行了两组连梁拟静力试验,一组为普通钢筋混凝土连梁,另一组为安装SMA阻尼器的自复位连梁,结合试验破坏现象和两组连梁的力-位移滞回曲线来查看其性能。试验表明,与传统钢筋混凝土连梁相比,安装SMA阻尼器的连梁能够改善连梁损伤模式,将变形集中在阻尼器中,大幅度减少混凝土梁的损伤并起到自复位作用。
A type of shape memory alloy (SMA) damper in reinforced concrete (RC) coupling beams and its characteristic parameters are proposed, and the design parameters of RC coupling beams equipped with SMA dampers are given. By the damper performance test, it proves that the design of SMA damper is reliable, the SMA damper has high energy dissipation ability and self-centering ability. The pseudoelasticity performance of SMA wires gets well employed. On this basis, Pseudo-static tests of two coupling beams are conducted. One of them is traditional RC beam, and the other is self-centering beam equipped with SMA damper. The behavior of two beams can be judged by watching the phenomena of failure process and hysteresis force-deformation curves. The tests show that compared with traditional RC beam, the beam equipped with SMA damper can improve the damage mode, concentrate the deformation on damper, reduce damage and has self-centering ability.
