针对大唐三门峡超临界火电机组捞渣机,建立了捞渣机转速与渣量数学关系,并设计出转速自动控制方案,编译了组态逻辑,实现了捞渣机转速自动控制.基于控制策略,捞渣机可根据渣量自动控制调节转速,有效降低捞渣机磨损,避免捞渣机过载破坏和空载,提高了电厂经济性和安全性.研究结果可为捞渣机安全节能运行提供依据.
For slag conveyor of Datang Sanmenxia supereritical thermal power units, the mathematical relationships between speed and the slag amount of the slag conveyor has been built. To achieve the automatic control of slag conveyor speed, a speed program of the automatic control is designed and the configuration logic is compiled. Based on the control strategy, the slag conveyor can automatically control the rotational speed according to the slag amount, which can reduce the wear of the slag conveyor effectively, avoid the overload damage and un-live load, and improve the economy and safety of power plant. Results can provide the basis for the safe and energy- saving operation of the slag conveyor.
