MicroRNA（miRNA）are small,noncoding RNAs that regulate gene expression post-transcriptionally,thereby regulate many kinds of life processes such as cell growth,proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis.Bladder cancer is the most common urinary tumor.It is reported that some miRNAs are abnormally expressed in bladder cancer,which may be related to the genesis of bladder cancer.Several differentially expressed miRNAs may be used for diagnosis,pathological classification and treatment for bladder cancer as biological markers,which will provide a new direction for the diagnosis and treatment.
