膀胱癌是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。作为表观遗传学的重要组成部分,DNA甲基化改变了基因的正常表达,在肿瘤的发生、发展中发挥了重要作用。目前关于膀胱癌中DNA异常甲基化的研究越来越多,一些可能的候选基因作为膀胱癌早期诊断和风险评估肿瘤标志物的筛选取得了一些令人期待的结果,而其在膀胱癌中的敏感性和特异性仍需进一步研究。现就膀胱癌甲基化目前的研究状况及应用前景进行简要综述。
Bladder cancer(BC)is one of the most common malignancies of the urinary system.As an important part of epigenetics,DNA methylation changes the normal expression of the genes,playing an important role in tumor genesis and development.The fast-growing investigation of novel BC methylation-based markers presents an attractive perspective in diagnosis,management and risk assessment of BC.Nevertheless,as the potential tumor biomarkers,the variable sensitivity and specificity prevents a consensual support for their routine use by the medical community.Here is to discuss these methylation changes in bladder cancer and assess their clinical potential.
