针对目前带中心锥体钢筒仓缺乏完整有针对性的设计规范,从筒仓的储存机理上对筒仓进行受力分析计算,利用C++、Matlab、SQL等商业软件的接口技术开发带中心锥体钢筒仓壁厚的设计系统。计算结果表明,其相对精度可达到10^-4;计算时间仅是人工计算的1/5,显著提高了设计计算质量和效率。
Since there is lack of complete and pointed design specifications for steel silo of the conical inner body,the paper introduces force analysis calculation for the silo regarding storage mechanism,with the wall thickness design system for the steel silo of conical inner body to be developed by interface technology of C++,Matlab,SQL,and other commer-cial software.The calculation result shows that the relative precision is up to 10^-4 ,with the calculation time equal to 1/5 of manual calculation,which can significantly improve quality and efficiency of the design calculation.
