目的:探讨JUNB基因和TOB1基因的表达在原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)发生发展中的作用.方法:应用半定量逆转录聚合酶链(RT-PCR)技术检测55例肝癌患者、55例其它肿瘤患者和33例对照组患者外周血JUNB基因和TOB1基因的表达.结果:各组间外周血JUNB基因和TOB1基因阳性表达率无差异,JUNB基因和TOB1基因在肝癌患者外周血中的表达水平明显高于其他组(分别为P=0.003和P=0.000),其他组之间无差异.结论:JUNB基因和TOB1基因在外周血中的mRNA表达水平可能与肝癌发生密切相关,提示其表达水平可能与预测HCC发生、发展有明显相关性.
Objective:To explore the role of JUNB genes and TOB1 gene expression in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods:By using semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase PCR(RT-PCR) technology to detect 55 cases of liver cancer.55 patients with other tumor and 33 control for JUNB gene and TOB1 gene expression.Results:The comparison between peripheral blood JUNB and TOB1 gene expression was no difference,the expression level of JUNB gene and TOB1 gene in peripheral blood of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were significantly higher than that in other groups(P =0.003 and P =0.000),in the other group there was no difference.Conclusion:The level of expression of mRNA JUNB gene and TOB1 gene in the peripheral blood is associated with HCC,occurrence,development.
