目的深入了解中药生产企业存在的职业病危害因素及接触有害因素作业工人的健康状况。方法采用整群抽样的方法选择广州市某大型中药生产企业为研究对象,采用职业卫生学现场调查和职业健康检查的方法,调查该企业职业病危害因素分布情况,并对其作业工人2015年的职业健康检查结果进行分析。结果该中药生产企业存在的职业病危害因素主要有药物粉尘、高温、微波、噪声等,职业健康检查317人,结果目前未见异常者97人（30.60%）,复查者2人（0.63%）,职业禁忌证者8人（2.52%）,其他疾病或异常者210人（66.25%）。其中接触微波、噪声和高温的作业工人异常率较高。结论中药生产企业影响作业工人职业健康的主要的职业病危害因素是粉尘、噪声和微波,职业禁忌证检出率较高,提示应该注意作业人员的职业卫生防护。

英文摘要：

[ Objective ] To further understand the occupational hazards and health status of workers with hazard exposure in Chinese medicine production enterprise. [Methods] Cluster sampling method was used to choose study object,the methods of the spot occupational hygiene investigation and health examination were applied to identify the distribution of occupational hazards. The occupational health examination results of workers with hazard exposure were analyzed. [Results] The main occupational hazards were dust,noise,heat,microwave in this enterprise. Of 317 workers received health examination,97 （30.60%） had no abnormity, 2 （0.63%） received reexamination, 8 （2.52%） had occupational contradiction, 210 （66.25%）had other diseases or ab-normalities. The abnormal rates of workers with exposure to microwave, noise and heat were higher. [ Conclusion ] Dust, noise and microwave were the major occupational hazards in Chinese medicine production enterprise,the occupational contraindication rates are high, it hints us to enhance the occupational health protection of special operation personnel.
