目的 对线粒体基因mtDNA^4977的缺失与老年性聋相关性的研究进行Meta分析。方法 通过检索PubMed、Embase、中国生物医学文献数据库、CNKI、WanFang Data、万方医学及维普数据库中有关mtDNA^4977缺失与老年性聋基因易感性研究的文献,按照纳入标准,收集相关文献的研究结果,采用STATA 13.0统计软件包进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入6篇中外文文献,Meta分析结果显示,mtDNA^4977缺失会增加老年性聋的发生风险（OR=7.19,95%CI：2.90-17.85）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.0001）。结论 mtDNA^4977缺失与老年性聋有关。

英文摘要：

Objective To conduct a meta- analysis on the studies regarding the correlation between mitochondrial DNA^4977 bp deletion（ mt DNA^4977） and presbycusis. Methods Databases,including Pub Med,Embase,CBM,CNKI,Wan Fang Data,Wan Fang Med and CQVIP were searched to collect case- control studies on the correlation between mt DNA^4977 and genetic predisposition to presbycusis. The research findings of related articles were collected according to the inclusion criteria. STATA 13. 0software was used to perform a meta- analysis. Results Six Chinese and English studies were included in the meta- analysis.The results of meta- analysis showed that mt DNA^4977 deletion could increase the risk of presbycusis（ OR = 7. 19,95% CI： 2. 90-17. 85）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 0001）. Conclusion Mt DNA^4977 deletion is related to presbycusis.
