利用Li-6400光合仪测定了大狼把草在温度为30℃、CO2浓度分别为370和450μmol/mol时的光响应曲线和快速光曲线,以及在光合有效辐射分别为800和1300μmol/m2·s时的CO2响应曲线,并利用非直角双曲线模型和直角双曲线修正模型对大狼把草的光响应曲线、CO2响应曲线和快速光曲线进行了拟合。结果表明,直角双曲线修正模型可以很好地拟合两种CO2浓度下大狼把草的光响应曲线、快速光曲线和CO2响应曲线,同时还可以给出主要的光合参数,如最大净光合速率、饱和光强、最大电子传递速率和饱和胞间CO2浓度等,且拟合的各个参数与实测值较为吻合。研究结果显示,利用平行测量植物叶片气体交换和荧光数据,并用直角双曲线修正模型进行拟合,可作为研究植物光合特性和PSⅡ动力学的一种有效方法。
Light response curves and rapid light curves for Bidens frondosa L were measured in parallel at CO2 concentrations of 370 and 450 μmol/mol and 30 ℃,CO2 response curves for the same leaves were measured at photosynthetic active radiation of 800 and 1300 μmol/m2·s,using gas analyzer Li-6400.Results showed that the light response curves,CO2 response curves and rapid light curves for Bidens frondosa L were described well by the modified rectangular hyperbolic model.Meanwhile,some main photosynthetic parameters,e.g.maximum net photosynthetic rate,the values of saturation irradiance,maximum electron transport rate and saturation intercellular CO2 concentration,which were better matched to the measured data,were given.Our results demonstrate that the modified rectangular hyperbolic model is an effective method for studying photosynthetic characteristics of plants and dynamic of photosystem Ⅱ by using parallel measurements' data of gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence.
