随着自然腔道内镜手术（NOTES）的发展,其应用范围突破了简单的手术范畴,进入了一些新的应用领域;而应用领域的拓宽,提高了对NOTES专用器械的要求。目前国际上已逐渐明确了对NOTES器械的要求,主要集中在安全性、有效性和符合人机工程学等方面。NOTES术者认为目前影响NOTES技术推广的主要因素是其工作空间性能受限,以及术者使用NOTES器械过程中的主观不适感。因此,工作空间和人机界面在NOTES器械的研究中受到广泛重视。在本文中,我们将着重阐释这2个方面的重要性、现状以及在这2个方面实现技术发展的可能性。

英文摘要：

With the development of NOTES, great progress of its application has been made out of simple surgeries, while a more satisfactory NOTES specific instrument is still demanding. Worldwide requests of NOTES instruments have been made clear： safety, efficacy and ergonomics. NOTES surgeons considered main hindrances of massive NOTES applications are the restrained working space of NOTES instruments and the subjective uncomfortable feeling of surgeons in using NOTES instruments. As a result, this two aspects are now been paid more attention. In this article, we describe the importance, the latest researches and possible ways of technological advances of these two aspects.
