针对传统无汞碱性锌锰电池生产线存在的不足,在不改变生产工序的前提下,运用Petri网系统理论,建立了一种改进的无汞碱性锌锰电池生产线的带有时延特性的自控网系统模型。提出了衡量串行生产线可优化能力的标准:可优化度,并根据生产线的工作情况对生产线的状态进行了划分。然后以产量最大化为目标,求解出了的生产系统由非稳状态过渡到稳定状态各生产模块的速度,优化了生产过程。最后运用Simulink/Stateflow模块对建立的的生产线自控网模型进行了仿真验证。
To be directed against the shortages of the Mercury-free Alkaline Zn/MnO_2 Batteries production line,on the principle of not changing the production processes,an improved timed cyber net system model for the Mercury-free Alkaline Zn/MnO_2 Batteries production line was built;the Series Production Lines optimization ability was defined as Optimization Rate,and according to the working conditions of the production line,the status of the production line was divided.Upon the above research,the maximum production rate of running from unsteady-state to steady state was got via Optimization Algorithm in a Series Production Lines whose.Lastly,a simulation for the mode whose in the Stateflow contained in Simulink was made,and the result showed that the method was valid.
