为使秧盘输送钵苗更加稳固、精确,更利于顶杆对钵苗的可靠顶出,针对水稻钵盘育秧,设计一种杠杆顶出式有序移栽机。该移栽机由机动行走底盘、差速传动系统、钵苗顶出机构、秧盘输送机构和导苗分行装置组成。对移栽机差速传动系统、钵苗顶出机构、秧盘输送机构的结构和工作原理进行分析、论述;对顶杆复位弹簧的结构参数进行优化,确保顶杆在极短的时间内复位,以免影响秧盘输送;对秧盘输送机构进行改进。整机样机试验结果表明:该移栽机可以满足水稻钵苗有序移栽的农艺要求。
To make transmission more stable,accurate and seeding to be ejected reliably,a new sequential transplanter of cam-lever ejection type is developed according to the characteristics of rice plotted-seeding.The transplanter is composed of chassis,differential transmission system,ejection mechanism for rice plotted-seeding,convey mechanism,and seeding guiding device,which are analysed and discussed in mechanisms and working principle.the parameters of the resert spring is optimized to insure that it can return within a little time lest transmission of the seedling tray is disturbed.Convey mechanism is improved,the teat-bed is developed and experimented,and the result indicates agronomic requirements are met.
