提出一种新型旋转式水稻钵苗有序抛秧装置,介绍其工作原理及实现结构,对其关键部件——凸轮杠杆顶出机构的运动特性进行分析,得到凸轮转角、杠杆摆角与项杆行程、杠杆位置、输入力臂长度、输出力臂长度等机构参数的关系表达式,以顶杆行程一定时的凸轮转角最小为目标,建立机构的优化模型,基于Matlab语言编程,用遗传算法对凸轮杠杆机构参数进行优化,求得最优参数,并得到反映参数的可行取值范围的三维图,为凸轮杠杆顶出机构的参数设计提供了快捷可靠的方法。
A new rotary ordered transplanter for plotted rice-seedling was proposed, and the equipment's working principle and structure were introduced. The motion characteristic of the cam-lever ejection mechanism, as the key components of the equipment, was analyzed. The relational expressions of rotation angle of cam and swing angle of lever with the mechanism parameters such as stroke of mandril, position of lever, length of the input force arm, length of the output force arm, and etc. , were deduced. In order to get the minimum rotation angle of cam with the stroke of fixed mandril, the optimization model of the cam-lever ejection mechanism was established. The best group parameters were optimized by genetic algorithm based on Matlab, and feasible value range of these parameters were shown in graph model. It provides a fast and reliable means for designing the cam-lever ejection mechanism.
