应用次氯酸盐氧化法制备出了纯度较高的K2FeO4,并通过XRD、SEM测试对其结构和形貌进行了表征.将KMnO4与K2FeO4进行机械复合制得KMnO4-K2FeO4复合电极用于改善K2FeO4-Zn碱性固态电解质电池的放电性能,电化学测试结果表明,添加量为5%时改性效果最佳,KMnO4可将放电过程中电极表面富集的Fe(Ⅲ)重新氧化为Fe(Ⅵ),可以有效的提高K2FeO4的3e转移,优化K2FeO4放电过程中的传质、传荷过程,从而提高其放电容量.
K2FeO4 with high purity was synthesized using hypochlorite oxidation method. The morphology and structure of product was characterized by XRD and SEM. KMnO4- K2FeO4 mixed electrode was employed to alkaline solid-state battery to improve the discharge properties. The test results exhibit that the best ratio of KMnO4 added to K2FeO4 is 5% and Fe (Ⅲ) enriched on the surface of the electrode during discharge process can be oxidated to Fe ( Ⅵ ) again by KMnO4. The transmission of charge and reactant were optimized in the discharge process and the discharge capacity is obviously improved.
