利用涂布法制备了介孔碳修饰玻碳电极。通过循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法对邻苯二酚进行了电化学测验。实验结果表明:该修饰电极对邻苯二酚的氧化还原反应有良好的电化学催化作用,响应峰电流与裸电极峰电流相比增大近8倍。在最佳实验条件下,邻苯二酚的催化氧化峰电流在浓度为1.0~80.0μmol·L^(-1)时与浓度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.24μmol·L^(-1),并且可以在对苯二酚共存时选择性测定邻苯二酚。
The mesoporous carbon modified electrode was prepared by cast method, which was employed to detect the catechol using cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. The results of the experiment showed that the modified electrode can catalyze electrochemical reaction of catechol well. The oxidation peak current increased about nearly 8 times when com- pared with that of bare electrode. Under the best experimental condition, the response current of catechol on the mesoporous carbon modified electrode showed a good linear relationship with concentration in the range of 1.0-80.0 μmol L-1. The detection limit is 0.24 μmol L-1. Furthermore, the mesoporous carbon modified electrode can be used to selectively detect cate- chol in the coexistence of hydroquinone.
