以N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)和4-丙烯酰氧基查尔酮(AC)为单体,以S-十二烷基-S’-(α,α’-二甲基-α’’-乙酸)-三硫代碳酸酯为RAFT试剂,在四氢呋喃溶液中通过RAFT共聚合成了聚(N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺-co-4-丙烯酰氧基查尔酮)共聚物(poly(DMAA-co-AC)),并通过红外光谱、紫外可见吸收光谱和核磁共振氢谱对共聚物的结构进行了表征。采用可见分光光度法和动态光散射研究了共聚物的温敏性,结果表明,poly(DMAA-co-AC)共聚物是一类具有低临界溶解温度(LCST)的温敏性聚合物,且随着共聚物中AC含量的增加,其LCST降低。
Poly(N,N-dimethylacrylamide-co-4-acryloxychalcone)(poly(DMAA-co-AC)) copolymer was synthesized by RAFT copolymerization of N,N-dimethylacrylamide(DMAA) and 4-acryloxychalcone(AC) using S-dodecyl-S'-(α,α'-dimethyl-α'-acetic acid)-trithiocarbonate as RAFT regent in THF,and the structure was characterized by FT-IR,UV-Vis and 1H NMR.The thermosensitivity of the as-synthesized copolymer,investigated by visible spectrophotometry and dynamic light scattering,showed that poly(DMAA-co-AC) was a kind of temperature sensitive polymer with a lower critical solution temperature(LCST) and the LCST decreased with the content increase of AC unit in copolymer.
