The simulated annealing method is used to study the self-assembling process of the BAB triblock copolymer in solvents selective for block A. The influence of the interactions between the solvent and the polymer on the morphology of triblock copolymer aggregates in solution is studied. It is shown that the morphology of the aggregate changes from sphere to rod, to vesicle, and to onion with increasing the interaction between solvent and the hydrophobic blocks B.
