关节软骨的自我修复能力有限,发生损伤后须进行修复或置换,然而传统的治疗方法难以达到理想的效果,组织工程技术为此难题带来了曙光。在组织工程三要素(种子细胞、支架材料、信号分子)中,支架材料起着至关重要的作用。对关节软骨支架材料进行了综述,重点介绍了软骨组织中天然存在的Ⅱ型胶原蛋白、透明质酸和硫酸软骨素3种生物材料,并就目前组织工程支架材料存在的问题和未来发展方向进行了讨论。
Once damaged,articular cartilage should be repaired or replaced owing to its limited self-repair capacity.But traditional methods for treating cartilage defect are not satisfying.In contrast,tissue engineering offers promising hope for cartilage disease.In the three main factors of tissue engineering,such as seed cells,scallfold materials and signal molecules,scallfold materials play a fundamental role.The paper reviews cartilage scallfold materials,introduces collagen typeⅡ,hyaluronic acid and chondroitin sulfate which naturally exist in cartilage,and dicusses the current problems and the future directions of tissue engineering scallfold.
