A self-assembly reaction between the ligand 5-amino-tetrazole(HATZ) and zinc(Ⅱ) nitrate led to the formation of Zn(ATZ)2·DMA(1),which was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRPD),IR spectrum and elemental analysis.Single-crystal X-ray analysis indicates that compound 1 exhibits a 3D microporous diamondoid(dia) topology with a channel dimension of about 1.27 nm×0.89 nm along the direction.PLATON calculations show a void space of ca.53.5% per unit cell.The luminescent spectrum of compound 1 shows a strong blue fluorescence at room temperature.
