随着医学科学技术的不断发展,成像技术在生物医学研究中的应用越来越广,可为探索针灸治疗疾病机制,经络实质和腧穴的特异性提供有效的研究手段。文章结合中国中医科学院针灸研究所医学工程实验室的VARIOSCAN 3021-ST型红外热像仪、PERIFLUX5000型激光多普勒血流成像仪、Moor-FLPI型全景散斑血流系统、FX PRO型活体成像系统等设备,系统介绍了在红外热像、血流灌注量、散斑血流量及活体成像技术等方面的最新应用研究成果。

英文摘要：

With the development of medical science and technology, imaging techniques plays more and more important roles in biomedical research. It can provide an efficient research tool for the exploration of the therapeutic mechanism of acupuncture therapy, meridian essence and acupoints specificity. This paper reviews the latest application research results on the infrared thermal imaging, blood perfusion, speckle blood metrology and vivo imaging techniques. It introduces the application reference of the several imaging instruments provided by the medical engineering lab of China academy of Chinese medical science.
