针对煤矸石占用土地和污染环境的现状,提出了煤矸石原位利用技术。阐述了该技术的总体思路和基本原理,并结合矿井工业试验,实现矸石井下原位消化。力学实验结果表明:煤矸石构筑巷帮,抗压强度可以达到C20以上(21.96MPa),其抗压强度大于煤体强度(10~20MPa),构筑巷帮可以代替永久煤柱。煤矸石原位利用技术做到矸石不上井,体现高产、高效、安全、环保、高回收率的科学采矿体系。
For coal gangue occupying land and polluting the environment, the insitu disposal tech- nique of coal gangue was proposed. The general framework and principles of the technique were elaborated. Combined with industrial experiment the gangue insitu digestion was realized. The results of the mechanics experiment showed that the drift of coal gangue could reach more than C20 compressive strength (21.96 MPa), its compressive strength was greater than the strength (10 - 20 MPa), the drift of coal gangue could be used to repalce permanent pillars. The insitu disposal technique of coal gangue would reflect a scientific mining system with high yield, high efficiency, safety, environmental protection, and high recovery rate.
