使用正交方法针对钢纤维再生混凝土进行配合比设计.主要分析水胶比、再生骨料取代率、钢纤维体积率对其塌落度、立方体抗压强度、劈拉强度的影响.再生骨料取代率对塌落度的影响最为显著,建议在再生混凝土单方用水量计算中引入再生骨料取代率与再生骨料吸水率两个变量.水胶比对抗压强度的影响最为显著,抗压强度随着水胶比的增加而降低.钢纤维体积率对于劈拉强度影响最为显著.再生骨料取代率对抗压强度、劈拉强度的影响并不显著,从经济性和环保角度考虑,全再生骨料钢纤维混凝土前景广阔.
The mix proportion experiment of steel fiber recycled concrete was designed based on orthogonal method. The effect of the water-binder ratio, steel fiber volume ratio and replcement ratio of recycled aggregate on the slump and cube compressive strength and splitting tensile strength were studied. The effect of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate on slump is most significant. Water absorption and replacement ratio of recycled aggregate were proposed as variables into the water content formula of recycled concrete. The effect of water-binder ratio on compression strength is most significant. In order to achieve the optimal compressive strength, we should choose the combination of A1B2C2. The effect of steel fiber volume ratio on splitting tensile strength is most significant. In order to achieve the optimal splitting tensile strength, we should choose the combination of A1B2C3. Due to the little effect of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate on compressive strength, splitting tensile strength is not significant, considering the economy and enviroment protection, the steel fiber reinforced recycled concrete has a vast application prospect,
