采用真空热压方法获得高致密的纯镁,利用XRD、SEM、AAS、EDS等测试手段详细地研究了镁在真空热压过程中的氧化现象。研究结果表明,经过高真空热压后Mg样品均被氧化。氧化程度随着初始坯体的成形压力的升高先增加再降低,在60MPa时达到极大值。随着热压温度的提高,镁的氧化呈增加趋势,在520℃基本完成,进一步提高热压温度对其影响很小。MgO主要存在于Mg颗粒之间,分析认为Mg的氧化主要来源于热压前Mg原料表面的部分氧化层和颗粒间残留的少许空气。粉末压制压力高于60MPa时,在620℃下进行真空热压,热压前Mg原料表面的氧化约占68%,对Mg的氧化起主要作用。
In this paper,oxidative phenomenon of Mg sintered by hot-press sintering in vaccum was investigated via XRD、SEM、AAS and EDS.The results show that,there is MgO phase in all samples.With the initial pressure increasing,the oxidation of Mg increases first and then decreases,and reaches the maximum at the initial pressure of 60MPa.With the sintering temperature increasing,the oxidation of Mg shows an upward trend,and the increasing stops at 520℃.The oxidation can not change with the sintering temperature increasing further.MgO mainly forms at the surface of Mg particles,and is mainly attributed to the oxide layers of Mg raw material and a litter air remained among particles.The oxidation of Mg raw material plays a more important role when Mg is sintered at the temperature of 620℃ and the initial pressure higher than 60MPa.
