针对舰船设备静载质量大和隔振器放置空间有限的情形,首先分析了准零刚度隔振器的原理并对其进行了静力学分析,得到了平衡位置处实现准零的参数条件;然后,运用平均法对准零刚度隔振系统进行动力学分析,得到了系统的幅频响应函数和力传递率;最后,利用控制变量法分析了准零刚度隔振系统隔振性能影响因素。结果表明:与相应线性系统相比,新型准零刚度系统响应峰值低、隔振频带宽。该结论为实际工程应用提供了理论指导。
Considering that the static load of marine equipment is heavy and the packing space of vibration isolation is limited,a novel quasi-zero-stiffness(QZS)isolator is designed,whose stiffness is adjustable and structure is compact.Firstly,the parameters of QZS at the equilibrium position are obtained by analyzing the principle and static characteristics.Secondly,the averaging method is used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of QZS,and the amplitude-frequency response function and force transmissibility are derived.Finally,the influence of different parameters on the performances of isolator is analyzed by means of controlling variables.The simulations reveal that the novel QZS vibration isolation can reduce the response peaks and broaden the frequency band of isolator.The results offer a theoretical guidance for the engineering application of QZS isolator.
