通过建立轴艇耦合结构模型,结合船舶三维声弹性理论,分析了螺旋桨纵向激励下耦合结构的振动和水下声辐射特性及分布规律,并研究了其对不同影响因素的敏感性。结果表明:轴艇耦合结构纵向振动在潜艇水下声辐射中有明显体现,是水下声辐射的重要组成部分;通过减小推力轴承纵向支撑刚度、增加艇体壁厚和增加纵向肋骨,可以有效降低潜艇水下辐射声压级,提高其声隐身性能。
A model of shafting-hull coupling structure is established. The vibration and acoustic radia- tion characteristics and distribution of the coupling structure are analyzed by using three-dimensional sound-elasticity theory of ships. Then the sensibility to different factors is studied. The results show that longitudinal vibration of shafting-hull coupling structure plays an important role in the sound ra- diation of submarine and it's an important component. The underwater sound radiation can be reduced and the sound stealth of submarine can be improved effectively by reducing longitudinal stiffness of thrust bearing, increasing shell thickness of hull and adding longitudinal ribs.
