培育创业投资家素质是提高创业投资机构业绩的根本途径。借鉴知识管理“场”理论构建了激发场、实现场、反馈场“三位一体”的学习场模型,并基于组织行为学的相关理论阐释了激发场、实现场和反馈场对创业投资家素质培育的作用机理,探讨了学习场之间的相互关系,认为营造学习场是提升创业投资家素质的最理想、最直接的手段,并进行了实证分析。
The venture capitalist's competency fostering is the fundamental approach to improve the performance of the venture capital firm. Grounded on the knowledge management, this paper sets up a model of venture capitalists' learning field which is composed of incentive field, realization field and feedback field. Based on the theory of organization action, it analyzes the function mechanisms of incentive field, realization field and feedback field, discusses their correlations, presents that building the learning field is the most efficient and direct way for the venture capitalists to foster their competencies, and finally gives a brief case study.
