采用机械合金化及退火工艺制备纳米级Fe3Al金属间化合物粉体;利用有机前驱体烧蚀技术,氩气保护下在真空热处理炉中经过1250℃~1280℃热处理,制备具有高气孔率、大比表面积、小热膨胀系数、高化学稳定性和尺寸稳定性、耐高温、耐化学腐蚀及良好强度的Fe3Al金属间化合物网络结构,气孔率可达90%。
Fe3 Al powder was prepared by mechanical alloying and annealing. Fe3 Al intermetallics network structure ( NS), with a high rate of porosity,large surface ratio area, small expanding coefficient, high chemistry and dimension stability, good oxidation resistance, and excellent filtration absorbing property, was fabricated by precursor ablation technology. The precursor was thermally treated at 125 0 ℃ - 128 0 ℃ under the protection of argon atmosphere. NS with the porosity of 90% was obtained.
