基于全球价值链(GVC)的分析框架,在回顾全球价值链与产业集群研究经典文献的基础上,提出了产业集群实现升级的4种模式,即技术模式、市场模式、环节模式、整体模式和3条路径,即技术和市场双向驱动、节点企业关键切入和创建区域品牌。然后,以绍兴市纺织产业集群为例,实证研究了其在全球价值中的升级模式与路径选择,研究表明:产业集群在GVC中的升级是一个动态的、系统的工程,所选择的模式和路径由区域和产业条件差异决定;产业集群的升级应与本地专业市场互动、融合,实现在全球价值链中的高位嵌入和持续攀升。
Based on the analytic framework of global value chain(GVC) and a review of the classic documents concerning GVC and industrial clusters,this paper proposes four upgrading modes for industrial clusters,that is,technical mode,market mode,link mode and overall mode and three upgrading paths,that is,technology and market two-way driven,cut-in at the key node by enterprises and creation of regional brands.This paper empirically studies how to choose the upgrading mode and path using Shaoxing textile industry cluster as example.The research indicates that upgrading of an industrial cluster in GVC is a dynamic and systematic engineering.which upgrading mode and path should be chosen depends on the conditions of individual region and industry.Upgrading of an industrial cluster should interact and merge with the local professional market to achieve cut-in at a high notch and climbing up along GVC continuously.
