对机械加工刀具系统进行模块化分析,在功能分析基础上将刀具系统模块划分为主柄模块、中间模块和工作模块三部分。建立了刀具系统组合和装配的数学模型,并给出应用实例。
Cutting tool system is analyzed with the modularization analysis. Based on the function analysis, the cutting tool system can be divided into shaft module, middle module and working module. The mathematical model of combination and assembinge is developed for modularized cutting tool system and the application example of modularized cutting tool system is presented.
