She re- ceived her B.E. and M.E. degrees in computer science from the PLA Information Engineering University, Zhengzhou, China, and the Ph.D. degree in circuit and system from BUPT, China in 2002, 2006 and 2009 respectively, Her current research interests include wireless communications, cognitive radio, cross-layer security, cross-layer optimization, signal processing and information theory. MA Yue, received his B.S. degree in computing com- munication and M.S. degree in engineering on com- puting and communication both from Beijing Uni- versity of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Beijing, China in 1982 and 1985, respectively. Now he serves as the Director of Computer Network Research Centre and an Associate Professor at School of Com- puter Science in BUPT. His current research interests include cooperative communication, network security and communications encryption. TENG YingleL Assistant Professor at School of Elec- tronic Engineering in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Beijing, China. She re- ceived the B.S. degree from Shandong University, China in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical en- gineering from BUPT, China in 2011. Her current research interests include multiuser MIMO, adaptive OFDM, cooperative diversity, cognitive radio network and cross-layer design technology. ZHANG Yong, Associate Professor at School of Elec- tronic Engineering in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Beijing, China. He holds a Ph.D. degree of BUPT.
