在"一带一路"、"十三五"对天空地一体化的通信需求下,通过对现有较成熟的DVB、CCSDS、3GPP通信标准的研究,提出了一种基于"福星通信系统"的简单可实现的低轨卫星通信系统网络结构,且设计介绍了该网络架构中的网元及相应功能。该系统既具有LTE通信网数据传输速率高的优势,也具有LEO卫星通信系统无缝覆盖的优点,且低轨卫星通信系统较传统中高轨卫星通信系统有较低时延。福星通信系统作为一种可达到基本运营要求的基本型系统,能够在更为广阔的区域为用户提供更有效的数据传输服务。
Considering the communication demand of "the Belt and Road Initiatives","the 13 th Five-Year Plan",the LEO satellite communication system network structure based on "Fuxing Communication System"is proposed,and this structure,via the research of existing mature DVB,CCSDS,3GPP communication standards,could be easily achieved.And meanwhile the network elements and corresponding functions of the network architecture,including their designs,are described.The system is of both the superiority of high data transmission rate for LTE communication network,and the advantage of seamless coverage for LEO satellite communication system.Moreover,LEO satellite communication system has lower time delay than traditional medium and high orbit satellite communication system.As a basic system,Fuxing communication system can meet the basic operation requirements and provide more efficient data transmission service for users in an even wider area.
