针对当前终端区排队模型将进港航班与出港航班分别排序的现状,建立了基于动态优化的进出港航班排序模型.该模型将进港与出港两个过程当作一个整体来考虑,减轻了管制员的工作负荷,可将由主观因素造成的损失降到最小.模型算法动态的将出港航班插入到达流中,每次插入后对受影响的航班进行重新调整,实现了进出港航班的动态合并.基于对管制现实需要的考虑以及计算量的优化,引入了位置交换约束参数.该算法结合实际数据,在仿真实验中与先来先服务方法相比,取得了较好的结果,表明本算法具有较强的可行性.
The arriving and leaving aircrafts scheduling model based on dynamic optimizing was constructed aiming at the current situation that the arriving aircrafts and leaving aircrafts was scheduled separately. The scheduling process of arriving and leaving was viewed as an integer, so the controller's load was lightened and loss caused by subjective factors was minimized. Algorithm in this model insert the depart aircraft between the arriving flow in dynamic and adjust the aircrafts influenced once more, so that the arriving and leaving aircrafts flow could be merged in dynamic. Parameter restricting the position exchanging range was proposed to meet the practical demand and minimize the quantity of calculation. With real data, this model run effectively and efficiently in the simulation experiment compared with First Come First Serve (FCFS). It indicates that this algorithm and model was validity and feasible
