Based on the Advanced Telecom Computing Architecture （ATCA） in the multi-antenna system, analysis on Signal Integrity（SI） is proposed for the design of high-speed serial interconnect interface. The eye patterns of Xilinx RocketIO interface are illustrated and the simulation result benefit to the the programmable parameters setting of serial interface.
