为了探讨多效唑(PP333)对澳大利亚太阳扇(Scaevola aemula‘Sunfan’)叶绿素含量及其荧光参数的影响,以1年生太阳扇扦插苗为试材,于2013年5月用Junior-PAM调制叶绿素荧光仪研究了10、50、100、200、300 mg/L PP333处理对太阳扇叶片叶绿素a(Chla)含量、叶绿素b(Chlb)含量、总叶绿素(Chl)含量和叶绿素荧光参数,即PSⅡ的最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ天线转化效率(Fv'/Fm')、潜在光化学效率(Fv/Fo)、电子传递速率(ETR)、实际光化学效率(ΦPSⅡ)、光化学猝灭系数(q P)、非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)、PSⅡ处非调节性能量耗散的量子产量[Y(NO)]的影响。结果显示:太阳扇叶片Chla、Chlb、Chl含量及Fv/Fm、Fv'/Fm'、Fv/Fo、ΦPSⅡ、ETR均随着PP333浓度的增加先增大后减小,且均在PP333质量浓度为100 mg/L时达到最大值,依次为1.36 mg/g、0.62 mg/g、1.98 mg/g、0.63、0.81、4.78、0.62、49.80,分别比蒸馏水对照组显著增加20.83%、39.30%、26.04%、25.43%、11.90%、68.46%、25.44%、25.42%。相关分析表明:Chla、Chlb、Chl含量均与Fv/Fm、Fv'/Fm'、Fv/Fo、ETR、ΦPSⅡ、q P呈极显著正相关(P〈0.01)。由最优回归方程可知:Chla、Chl含量均随着Fv/Fo和ΦPSⅡ的增加而增加,Chlb含量随着Fv'/Fm'和q P的增加而增加。研究表明,PP333对太阳扇叶绿素及其荧光参数的影响显著,且叶绿素含量与叶绿素荧光参数之间有着紧密复杂的联系。
In order to reveal the influence of paclobutrazol( PP333) on chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Scaevola aemula‘Sunfan',the effects of PP333 on chlorophyll a( Chla) content,chlorophyll b( Chlb) content,total chlorophyll( Chl) content,maximum photochemical efficiency of PS Ⅱ( Fv /Fm),effective photochemical quantum yield of PSⅡ( Fv' /Fm'),potential activities of PSⅡ( Fv /Fo),effective photochemical quantum yield of PS Ⅱ( ΦPS Ⅱ),electron transport rate( ETR),photochemical quench( q P),non-photochemical quench( NPQ),and quantum yield of non-regulatory quantum of energy dissipation of PSⅡ[Y( NO) ] in one-year-old Scaevola aemula ‘Sunfan'leaves were investigated by Junior-PAM modulated chlorophyll fluorometer in May,2013. The results exhibited that Chla,Chlb,Chl contents,Fv / Fm,Fv' / Fm',Fv / Fo,ΦPS Ⅱ and ETR of Sunfan leaves all first increased and then decreased with the increase of PP333 concentration,and reached maximum with 100 mg / L PP333,which were 1. 36 mg / g,0. 62 mg / g,1. 98 mg / g,0. 63,0. 81,4. 78,0. 62,49. 80,respectively,and significantly increased by 20. 83%,39. 30%,26. 04%,25. 43%,11. 90%,68. 46%,25. 44%,25. 42%compared with the control( water) group. Correlation analysis indicated that there were highly significant positive correlations between Chla,Chlb,Chl contents and Fv / Fm,Fv' / Fm',Fv / Fo,ETR,ΦPS Ⅱ,q P.According to regression analysis,Chla and Chla contents tended to increase with the increase of Fv / Fo and ΦPSⅡ,Chlb tended to increase with the increase of Fv' / Fm' and q P. Overall,the effects of PP333 on chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Scaevola aemula ‘Sunfan 'were significantly,and the relationship between chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were close and complicated.
