针对永磁同步电机存在失磁问题,提出了一种基于级联自适应滑模观测器的失磁故障实时检测方法。首先,针对定子电阻发生时变变化而导致传统自适应观测器无法准确检测失磁故障问题,提出将改进型自适应与滑模变结构控制相结合的方法,设计了级联自适应滑模观测器,并给出了定子电阻的自适应估计算法。然后利用滑模变结构等值控制原理,建立估计永磁体磁链算式。最后,通过仿真以及实验验证,证明了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
Real-time detection method for demagnetization faults based on a cascade adaptive sliding mode observer was presented for permanent-magnet synchronous motor( PMSM) demagnetization. Firstly a method combining the adaptive with the sliding mode variable structure control was presented,a cascade adaptive sliding mode observer was designed and the adaptive estimation algorithm of the stator resistance was given,with regard to the problem that the traditional adaptive observer fails to precisely detect the demagnetization faults due to the time-varying change of the stator resistance. Then the sliding mode variable structure observer was designed to establish an estimation equation for permanent magnet flux on the basis of the equivalent control principle of sliding mode variable structure. Finally,simulation and experimental results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
