英文摘要：

Moral imagination is a cognitive process of helping individuals to gain an insight into the moral meaning of moral dilemmas, and to develop creative solutions based on taking the views and atti- tudes of stakeholders into account. This paper introduces the definition, dimensions and measurement methods of moral imagination and explores the influencing factors of moral imagination and its effects on moral decision-making. Then it points out the issues worthy of further study and places emphasis on the importance of cross-culture research and organizational learning theory to the completion of moral imagination research. Finally it states some inspirations of moral imagination research for man- agement practice in China.
