发动机前端附件驱动系统布局对其性能有重要的影响,探讨了发动机前端附件驱动系统布局设计的要点,给出了自动张紧器的张紧臂支点位置和张紧臂角度确定的原则和计算方法,分析了自动张紧器弹簧刚度、臂长等参数对多楔带张力的影响.提出了发动机前端附件驱动系统多楔带张力的计算方法,讨论了附件轮布置次序对发动机前端附件驱动系统稳态特性的影响,并提出了改善附件驱动系统性能的方法.最后,给出了一个实例,验证了提出的计算方法的有效性.
Layout of engine front end accessory drive(EFEAD)system has great influence on the performances at steady state.Principle and calculation methods for obtaining the pivot position and angle of tension arm for an automatic tensioner were presented,and the method for calculating belt tension was given if the EFEAD contains an automatic tensioner.The influence of pivot position,arm location and length for an automatic tensioner on the belt tension was analyzed.The influence of the order of driven pulleys on the performance of an EFEAD at steady state was also presented.An example was provided to validate the calculation methods and procedures.The effectiveness of the calculation method was verified for the layout design of an EFEAD system.
