以异氟烷为代表的多种临床常用的吸入麻醉药是否损害脑认知功能尚未定论。近年来大量实验研究表明,吸入麻醉药可通过不同的机制对不同年龄段的啮齿动物脑神经功能产生广泛而多样的作用。吸入麻醉药促进发育神经元凋亡与麻醉药的种类和剂量、细胞的类型相关,通过诱导内质网钙离子释放导致细胞内钙失调是其作用的重要机制。
Isoflurane,sevoflurane and desflurane are the inhalative anesthetics used most in clinical practice currently.Whether or not different inhalative anesthetics impair brain cognitive function in human is not yet concluded.Nowadays,many empirical studies show that inhalative anesthetics,especially isoflu- rane,can generate an extensive and various impact on neural function of rodent brain at different ages through different mechanisms.Inhalative anesthetics cause apoptosis of developing neurons,which correlates with the type and dosage of the anesthetic and the type of brain cell.One of important mechanisms is the disharmony of calcium homeostasis by discharging calcium from endoplasmic reticulum.In this article, the research progress on the effects of inhalative anesthetics on apoptosis in developing neurons and its mechanisms are reviewed.
