目的探讨恶性脑胶质瘤术后尼卡地平同步放化疗的护理配合及对患者的影响。方法选择2009-06—2012-07我院经手术组织病理学证实的54例恶性脑胶质瘤患者,按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,2组患者采用相同的放化疗方案,同时给予观察组患者护理配合措施,比较2组不良反应发生率、对患者生活质量的影响及护理满意度。结果观察组胃肠道系统不良反应、中性粒细胞减少、皮疹Ⅲ~Ⅳ级发生率均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组身体功能、心理功能、社会功能评分均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组护理满意度98.27%,对照组为85.64%,两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论护理配合能够在一定程度上降低患者的不良反应,对患者的生活质量有积极的影响。

英文摘要：

Objective To explore the effects of nursing cooperation on malignant glioma postoperative patients treated by nicardipine combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Methods Fifty-four cases of malignant glioma patients diagnosed by surgical histopathology during June 2009 to July 2012 in our hospital were selected.Patients were divided into observational group with 32 patients and control group with 22 patients according to a random number table method.Both groups accepted the same chemotherapy program.At the same time ,the observation group accepted nursing cooperation.The incidence of adverse reactions ,the quality of life for patients and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared.Results There were reverse reactions such as gastrointestinal system adverse reactions ,neutropenia ,rash incidence of grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ in observational group ,incidence rates of which were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）;scores of physical function ,mental function ,social function were significantly higher in observational group than those in control group （P〈0.05）;nursing satisfaction was 98.27% in observational group and 85.64% in control group respectively ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ursing cooperation can reduce adverse reactions in patients to a certain extent ,which can improve the life quality of patients.It has been accepted by more and more patients.
