科技企业的知识网络中知识内容存在着差异性,但不同内容的知识对于科技型企业利用性学习和创新 能力的影响尚未得到现有研究的重视.在此基础上,提出“异质性知识内容(技术知识/市场知识/管理知识)→利用性学习→创新能力(新产品差异性/顾客满意度)”的概念框架,并通过对佛山312家科技型企业 的问卷调查进行实证检验.统计分析结果显示:技术知识和市场知识对于利用性学习和创新能力均具有显著 的直接影响,管理知识仅对于利用性学习具有显著的正向影响;在异质性知识内容作用于创新能力的过程 中,利用性学习在技术知识和市场知识对于顾客满意度的影响中具有部分的中介效应,而在管理知识对于顾 客满意度的影响中发挥着完全的中介效应.
Th e influence of knowledge co n ten t Heterogeneities o n exploitative learning and inn ov at io n activities of technological enterprises is largely overlooked in extant literature. This study hypothesizes that knowledge content heterogeneities is positive related to exploitative learning and innovation capabilities, and exploitative learning plays a mediation role in the connections between knowledge content heterogeneities and innovat ion capabilities. Results from a survey of 312 technological enterprises in Foshan, indicating that technological knowledge and market knowledge both have a positive effect on exploitative learning and innovation capabilities. Moreover, exploitative learning has full mediation effect in the relationship between management innovat ion and customer satisfaction, and only has partial mediation effect in the connect ion between technological knowledge and customer satisfaction and the connect ion between market knowledge and customer satisfaction.
