Developed countries have been exploring defense technology conversion for long term and made many achievements.Defense technology conversion is very important for China to achieve the innovation driven aims,to strengthen national defense science and technology industrial development foundation or to allocate defense technology resources under new normal environment.Defense technology conversion in China is confronted with many problems nowadays,like patent ownership,secrecy system,conversion mode,services agency etc.To resolve these problems,we need to improve the relevant legislation,construct multi-linkage conversion mechanism,play the role of market about resources allocation,and support conversion services agencies,which will also contribute to achieve the national strategy of civil military integration.
