研究了在专利完善市场受专利保护的原制造商所采取的不同模式:原制造商自己再制造(MR模式)和许可经销商进行再制造(RR模式),并建立了差异再制造主体的闭环供应链模型。通过比较不同模式下供应链各方的最优决策和均衡收益,发现再制造所带来的成本节约是再制造活动中最直接的驱动因素。在相同条件下,原制造商倾向于选择MR模式,而经销商倾向于RR模式。只有RR模式下节省成本及再制造率足够高时,原制造商才会许可经销商进行旧产品再制造。
This paper studies a special closed-loop supply chain in the market with perfect patent protection. The original manufacturer that own the exclusive right of the patented products remanufacturing have two remanufacturing modes: Original manufacturer remanufacturing (MR mode) and Authorized retailer remanufacturing (RR mode). We establish closed-loop supply chain model where remanufacturing firm is different. By solving the problems with the two cases, we obtain the optimal solution and compare them. The results show that the cost-saving of remanufacturing is the most direct economic motivation of closed-loop supply chain remanufacturing activities. Under the same conditions, the original manufacturer tends to choose the MR mode, the retailer tends to choose RR mode. Only if remanufacturing cost of the retailer is low enough, the original manufacturers would authorize the retailer to remanufacture used product.
