数据库系统的负载自适应是一个性能管理过程,在这一过程中自主数据库系统自动地控制和过滤负载,并有效地使用数据库系统资源来满足网络应用的性能要求(SLA).文中将针对负载自适应技术开展研究.提出一个改进的数据库负载自适应体系结构框架WAAD(Workload Adaptation Architecture for DBMS),依据该框架初步搭建了一个测试平台QS(Query Scheduler)并做出了测试,测试结果表明该框架起到了提高网络应用性能的作用.
Workload adaptation of the database system is a performance management process,in this process,Autonomic DBMSs controls and filters workload automatically,and use the database resources effectively to meet the performance requirements of network applications(SLA).This paper studies on workload adaptation,improved workload adaptation architecture WAAD(Workload Adaptation Architecture for DBMS)has been proposed,sets up a test platform QS(Query Scheduler)based on the architecture and been tested,Test result shows that the framework has improved the application performance of the network.
