港航服务业与港口协调发展是提升港航竞争力,促进港口转型升级的重要途径。通过选取港航服务业与港口系统发展水平的评价指标并建立协调度模型,对2008-2014年浙江省港航服务业与港口发展协调关系进行定量分析。研究表明：浙江省港航服务业与港口发展水平逐年上升;两者的协调关系以2011年为拐点,由不协调过渡为协调;协调度整体呈现逐年上升趋势;港航服务业逐渐成为港口发展的重要因素,港口转型特征逐渐显现。最后,从政府调控、企业转型、人才培养方面提出可行性建议。

英文摘要：

The coordination of port service industry and port development is an important approach to enhance competitiveness of port and shpping industry. By choosing the evaluation index system of port service industry and port development level and establishing the model of coordination degree,this paper quantitative analysis port service industry and port coordination development from 2008 to 2014 of Zhengjiang provinve. The results show as follows. Port service industry and port development level in Zhejiang province rises year by year; the turning point of coordination of the two was in 2011,their relationship change from uncoordination to coordination; there is an upward trend in the overall coordination degrees; port service industry and port have great development potential. Finally,this article puts forward feasible suggestions about government regulation,business tranformation,talant cultivation and so on.
