采用钕铁硼快淬磁粉与快淬PrCo_5混合热压的方法,制备了各向同性热压混合磁体。XRD,SEM,热重分析(TG)均表明混合磁体中PrCo_5仍以1∶5相的状态存在。SEM观察表明所添加PrCo_5以较大的颗粒聚集形式存在。当添加量较小时,混合磁体表现出单一的磁化行为,矫顽力变化较小,剩磁均随着PrCo_5添加量的增加而逐渐降低,而当添加量达到16%(质量分数)时,退磁曲线上则表现出两相共存的磁化现象。δM曲线表明两相间存在着一定的交换耦合作用,添加PrCo_5使得晶粒间交换耦合作用增强。当添加8%PrCo_5时,剩磁比(M_r/M_(3T))值从未添加的0.701增加到0.721;同时磁体的矫顽力温度系数有所改善,在300-360 K区间内,矫顽力温度系数β值由未添加的-0.418%·K(-1)变化到添加量8%时的-0.406%·K(-1)。
The isotropic hybrid magnets consisting of melt-spun Nd Fe B ribbons and PrCo_5 ribbons were prepared by hot pressed. XRD,SEM and TG indicated that the Pr-Co alloy remains the PrCo_5 phase after hot pressed. SEM pictures showed that the PrCo_5 get together in the form of large particles. The hybrid magnets showed the single magnetization behavior with a small amount of addition,Hcjhad a small change,and the remanence decreased with the increasing of PrCo_5 addition,while two phases coexistence phenomenon of magnetization occured with the addition was 16%( mass fraction). δM curves indicated that there was exchange coupling between Nd-Fe-B and PrCo_5.The values of remanence ratio( M_r/M_(3T)) were 0. 701 and 0. 721 for the magnets without PrCo_5 addition and with8% PrCo_5 addition respectively,and the values of temperature coefficient of coercivity( β) were- 0. 418%·K~(-1)and- 0. 406%·K~(-1)for the magnets without and with 8% PrCo_5 addition respectively,when the temperature was between 300 and 360 K.
