采用真空感应熔炼获得了名义成分为Sm(Co0.715Fe0.20Cu0.06Zr0.025)7和Sm(Co0.715Fe0.20Cu0.06Zr0.025)9.5两种铸锭,经过破碎球磨后以不同的比例混粉制备不同z值的样品。然后使用不同的烧结温度、固溶温度以及时效工艺,对z值分别为7.86、7.63和7.41的三种成分的磁体进行了处理。结果表明,z值为7.86的磁体在室温时拥有最佳磁性能,剩磁、矫顽力和磁能积分别达到1.13T、2 387.32kA/m和226.40kJ/m3。在300℃时其剩磁为1.013T,矫顽力为831.59kA/m,最大磁能积为164.17kJ/m^3,磁体综合磁性能良好。
The alloys with the nominal compositions Sm(Co0.715Fe0.20Cu0.06Zr0.025)7 and Sm(Co0.715Fe0.20Cu0.06Zr0.025)9.5were prepared by induction melting.The two kinds of ball milled powders were mixed to obtain the magnets with different zvalue.The processing conditions of sintering,solid solution and aging were investigated for the Sm(Co0.715Fe0.20Cu0.06Zr0.025)zmagnets with z=7.86,7.63,7.41,respectively.The results show that the magnet with z=7.86 has a optimal magnetic properties at room temperature,Br,Hcjand(BH)maxreached 1.13 T,2 387.32kA/m and 226.40kJ/m3.Moreover,the magnet has a good magnetic performance at 300 ℃,Br=1.013 T,Hcj=831.59kA/m,(BH)max=164.17kJ/m^3.
