建立自然保护区是人类对自然环境进行保护的有效手段之一,中国在建立自然保护区进行保护工作的同时,野生动物也同时对社区农户造成了一定的影响,人与野生动物冲突问题日益凸显,已成为保护和发展的重要矛盾之一。研究基于对秦岭自然保护区群的调查,对野生动物肇事对社区农户影响及补偿问题进行了分析,找出了目前野生动物肇事补偿中存在的补偿范围小、补偿标准不明确、核查工作难度大等问题,并提出了相应的政策建议,希望对今后野生动物肇事问题的解决有一定的参考意义。

Building a natural preservation zone is an effective method for human protecting the natural environment. But the wild animal will also affect the life of the community farmers to some extent while our country building natural preservation zone. The conflicts between human and wild animal is increasingly prominent and have become an important issue the natural preservation zone. This essay has analyzed the influence and compensation issue of wild animals causing accident to the community farmers through investigation in the Qinling natural preservation zone and found out the problems in compensation to community farmers from wild animal accident like small compensation range, not clear compensation standard and difficult verification work. This essay will also make some suggestions tO- ward the wild animal accident for reference.
