由于多方面的原因,读者对高校图书馆所提供的信息产品和信息服务可能并不满意,进而对图书馆的信息服务产生信任危机。为了增强图书馆的核心竞争力,提高读者的忠诚度,高校图书馆应从图书馆因素、馆员因素、读者因素和环境因素等方面深入分析读者信任危机产生的诱因,并基于高校图书馆读者信任危机修复过程模型来应对读者信任危机问题。
Because of various reasons, readers may not be satisfied with information products and information services that university libraries provide, and then, they have the trust crisis of information services of libraries. In order to strengthen the core competence of libraries, improve the loyalty of readers, university libraries should analyze causes of the reader trust crisis from factors of the library, the librarian, the reader and the environment, and cope with the problem of the reader trust crisis based on the repair process model of the reader trust crisis in university libraries.
