In the system of technical innovation of enterprises, what accompanies material flow, capital flow and information flow is knowledge flow. Knowledge is in the state of constant evolution in the flow pro- cess of all the links of technical innovation of enterprises. The paper, starting with the analysis of knowl- edge flow and using biological evolution theories for reference, makes an analysis of the chief elements of knowledge evolution and on the basis of it studies the evolution mechanism as well as evolution dimen- sions of knowledge in the process of technical innovation of enterprises.
